During my 20-year career in architecture, construction and real estate, I have consistently facilitated productive communication between owners, professionals and various agency representatives, ensuring complex architectural and engineering designs are understood by all parties involved. I have extensive experience collaborating with Secretary of State s Contractor Licensing Office, the State Water Commission, FEMA, and HUD, on design and concept implementation. I have been requested to provide my expert opinion to the Attorney General s Office on state contractor licensing laws, State Building Code development, and State Public Duty legislation. I utilized dynamic communication and presentation skills in delivering clear and concise presentations to State Boards regarding the accuracy and certification of annual property valuations for ad valorem tax purposes. While serving as Department Head for the City Assessor and Building Officiating Official s Office, from 2003-2008, I spearheaded all department planning, organization and performance, including annual budgeting functions.
