         Served as Operations Representative on a $100M major expansion (BEAM Project) with accountability for development of  all commissioning and operating procedures, field commissioning, and providing training to maintenance, engineering, operations and leadership personnel.

         Orchestrated daily operations for Styrene and Ethylbenzene sections of Styrene Unit and trained operators in use of redesigned ultra low NOX gas fired heater.

         Played an integral role in successful plant start-up by performing walkthroughs and simulator training to ensure flawless operations.

         Leveraged strong organizational skills to oversee training and commissioning for new Phenyl Acetylene Reduction section of the Styrene unit. 

         Functioned as technical writer for majority of original plant start-up and shutdown procedures.
