   Ensure timely completion of upgrades on coal fired boilers for electric power generation; maintain compliance with strict project timelines, safety and cost requirements, and coordinate $60MM in annual subcontractor boiler services.

   Leverage strong knowledge of SAP to locate work orders, plan projects and develop scopes; review and approve contractor work.

 

   2008:  Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority - HVAC Technician
Performed detailed repair, maintenance and service on heating and air handling systems including low pressure boilers to high temperature hot water generators.

   Utilized the Siemens automated energy management system to control HVAC systems airport wide.

 

2006 to 2008:  The Cadata Corporation Inc. -  Project Manager

   Provided day to day leadership and oversight for a team of 14 staff members in Operation and Maintenance Division; planned and communicated project assignments, scheduled staff to meet maintenance goals, and ensured that all staff members complied with performance requirements.

   Led tactical quality control, preventative maintenance and training strategies to ensure a high level of system functionality and reliability.

 

2006:  Freddie Mac - Building Engineer

   Maintained oversight for 1M sq. ft. building; performed maintenance and repair on HVAC and electrical systems, and coordinated with subcontractors to ensure optimized compliance with maintenance timelines.

   Led project management work efforts on $30MM F-16 Aircraft; trained, mentored and supervised crew tasked with performing maintenance, pre-flight inspection and repair.

   Performed hot pit refueling, recorded detailed aircraft maintenance data, and ensured compliance with strict timelines for completion of repairs/maintenance.
