As demonstrated, I will be honorably discharging from the United States Air Force in April after 26 years of superior service focused on aircraft maintenance, repair and services operations.  For much of my career I have held a supervisor/managerial role and currently I oversee a team of 303 personnel in managing a $1.8B fleet of 34 aircraft to ensure safety, quality and operational readiness vital to supporting military operations.  I am well-versed in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of all aircraft systems, subsystems and components as well as proficient in conducting comprehensive inspections for safety, quality and regulatory compliance.  With expertise in strategically prioritizing, planning and managing projects/workflow, I am able to consistently maximize productivity and efficiency of operations, effectively allocate resources and meet stringent deadlines, quality standards and performance goals. Additionally, I am adept in reading/interpreting highly technical engineering drawings, blueprints, spec manuals, and related materials as well as maintaining detailed documentation and forms.

 

To complement this background, I offer extensive ongoing training through the military

ranging from wide-scope areas of Aircraft Maintenance through Leadership, Training and Managerial Communications.
