Production Supervisor Lostine River Operations and Maintenance

         Pioneered and currently oversee NPT Fisheries recovery program for ESA-listed populations of Chinook salmon in Lostine River and Imnaha River in Northeast Oregon.

         Concurrently intercept ESA-listed stocks (Steelhead and Bull Trout) during collections.

         Apply dynamic leadership capabilities toward managing, supervising and mentoring team members, creating annual operating plans, driving safety compliance, and facilitating cohesive and collaborative efforts among all relevant personnel.

         Adeptly maintain all structures encompassing adult weir, adult trap, shared use of two hatcheries and four raceways for smolt acclimation.

         Participate in preparing reintroduction of Sockeye and Coho salmon to Wallowa River.

         Directed, monitored and supervised full-scale fisheries production at Eagle Creek National Fish Hatchery (ECNFH), requiring crucial programming of three separate salmon species (Chinook, Coho, Steelhead) collectively totaling up to three million smolts.

         Supervised, managed, and delegated tasks to crew of approximately ten employees.

         Cost-effectively administered, tracked and controlled ECNFH budget of $500K+.

         Leveraged considerable multi-tasking and organizational strengths to coordinate and oversee feeding, cleaning, spawning, egg care, and water management.
