Presently serve as Alien Smuggling Identification and Deportation (ASID) Case Agent, with key responsibility for effectively identifying, prosecuting and dismantling alien smuggling organizations and criminal counterparts.  Resourcefully collect and disseminate human intelligence through extensive data research and effective interrogations/interviews. Apply dynamic communication and bi-lingual English/Spanish language skills to facilitate suspect interviews and interrogations, verify facts and develop criminal investigations in support of criminal prosecution or administrative deportation proceedings.   In charge of developing and securing affidavits, signing sworn statements and executing arrest warrants on targeted smugglers.  Demonstrate solid research and analysis skills in investigating and identifying alien smuggling trends and methodologies of targeted alien smuggling organizations (ASOs) and members, providing United States Attorney s Office with dynamic tools for criminal prosecution procedures. 

Actively collaborate with Bureau of Customs and Border Protection to ensure critical national security by strategically executing action plans to identify and prevent border entry of terrorists, illegal aliens, narcotics, weapons of mass destruction, and related contraband.  Proactively conduct uncover surveillance to detect undocumented aliens as well as their smugglers, respond to electronic sensor alarms, sight aircraft, pursue leads, and facilitate apprehension/detention in compliance with regulatory standards and governing laws.  Proficiently use infrared scopes, low-light television systems and related tools/technologies to maximize results.  Efficiently interpret and follow tracks, marks and related physical evidence in pursuit of suspected violators.

Concurrently conduct traffic checks, traffic observation and city patrol transportation checks.

Apply solid administrative/clerical skills toward preparing detailed daily intelligence reports addressing alien smuggling, illegal narcotics smuggling, illegal and dangerous weapons smuggling, and/or related criminal behavior.
