Transportation Supervisor

• Direct, train, coach and supervise 150+ drivers in safely completing missions throughout Middle East including extremely hostile territories, and serve as Acting Transportation Manager & Director of Logistics when needed.
• Contribute to human resources management by determining staffing requirements, conducting performance evaluations, counseling and motivating employees, delegating assignments, and disciplining or terminating non-compliant personnel.
• Meticulously maintain comprehensive records on locations of issued government property encompassing vehicles/trucks, handheld radios, heavy equipment and office inventory.
• Drive cohesive and collaborative operations among Dispatch, Camp Operations, Air Operations and Logistics departments to coordinate seamless and expeditious movement.
